- Upon agent request, schedule the photo session directly with the seller
- Enhance and prepare still photos for Multi-List Service (MLS) upload within 24 hours
- Create tour and upload (YouTube, Visual Tour, CirclePix etc.) within 24 hours of receiving the MLS property number from agent
- Create DVD of tour and still shots for agent
- Create QR Code directed to site provided by agent
- If Visual Tour, QR directs to Visualtour.com
- If YouTube, QR directs to YouTube.com
- If CirclePix, QR directs to CirclePix.com
- Other options include agent’s website, ColoProperty mobile site
- Initial post of property to CraigsList.com with links to photos and/or tour
- Archive and maintain all marketing materials for 1 year from date of production
- Recent YouTube Videos on our Curb Appeal Photography CO channel

- Sent electronically to agent’s commercial printer of choice
- Minor adjustments (price adjustments, etc) at no extra charge

- Basic Home Photos & Visual Tour:
- Home Value less than $500,000 $125
- Home value greater than $500,000 $150
- Night Shots, if separate shoot $ 60
Basic price is based on a 25 mile round trip from Fort Collins (Includes Loveland & Windsor). Location beyond 25 miles round trip add $20/hour travel time (Red Feather, Drake, Livermore, Longmont etc)
