- Upon agent request, schedule the photo session directly with the seller
- Enhance and prepare still photos for Multi-List Service (MLS) upload within 24 hours
- Create tour and upload (YouTube) within 24 hours of receiving the MLS property number from agent
- Create flash drive of tour and still shots for agent
- Create QR Code directed to site provided by agent
- If YouTube, QR directs to YouTube.com
- Other options include agent’s website, ColoProperty mobile site
- Archive and maintain all marketing materials for 1 year from date of production
- Recent YouTube Videos on Curb Appeal Photography CO channel

Basic price is based on a 25 mile round trip from Fort Collins (Includes Loveland & Windsor). Location beyond 25 miles round trip add $25/hour travel time (Red Feather, Drake, Livermore, Longmont etc)
